Portfolio
This is just a sampling of a few websites I’ve created to give you a feel for what I do. I’d like to bring your attention to one thing that may not be apparent by just looking at these websites and that is that I have moved from creating websites using authoring software (e.g. Dreamweaver, Frontpage, Expression, etc.) to using Content Management Systems (CMS) like Joomla and WordPress. Only the first one [Certified Mobile Tech] is a traditional website, but as you can see you don’t have to sacrifice visual appeal when using CMS websites.
Certified Mobile Tech
Certified Mobile Tech was built from an existing template using HTML, Javascript and CSS. It is a conventional website that displays static information and meets the business owner’s needs as an online billboard that does not require constant updates.
Although not a WordPress website, which I almost always recommend to my customers, in this particular case a static display of information meets the business owner’s needs.
If you Google “certified mobile tech” you’ll see that it ranks extremely high for such a general term, but it also ranks well if you search for “miami mobile mechanic”. Search Engine Optimization is critical to your website being found by customers looking for the goods/services you offer, and you can rest assured that if I build your website that it will be properly optimized and submitted to all the major search engines for regular indexing.
Before and After
I want to make you look better than good, I want you to shine!
The original was beginning to get that ”sepia” look as the original photograph aged. A picture really is worth a thousand words as you are about to see…
Bible Study Stuff
This is my favorite website. I created it for my daughter to be able to study the Bible (she lives in Iowa and I live in Florida), and in time it just turned into a work of love! I love my daughter and I love the Lord, so this one just naturally became a focal point of my interest and talent.
The website is a collection of tools that can be used to conduct your own personal or group bible study. Everything here is free, tested (by me personally) and endorsed (by me personally).
I used a lot of WordPress plugins like posting Twitter updates, a multi-language translator and a verse of the day widget.
